Requirements
- 2-5 years of HR operations experience
- Detailed knowledge of HR Procedures and policies
- Experience working within a Shared Services
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout APAC & UAE region
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in both written and verbal English
- Literacy with MS Office
- Proactive mindset, resourceful, problem-solving abilities
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Flexibility to accommodate different time zones
- Ability to work in an international team composed of team members in different locations and from different cultures and backgrounds
