Job Description
As a Sr Human Resource Associate, you will support professionals engaged by our client, manage back-end HR, Payroll, and legal service providers, and assist with employee life cycle processes. The role is a 9-month fixed-term contract, and we are looking for someone with global exposure and experience in APAC & UAE.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of HR operations experience
- Detailed knowledge of HR Procedures and policies
- Experience working within a Shared Services
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout APAC & UAE region
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in both written and verbal English
