Job Description
The Advanced Riverbed Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support for the WAN Optimization Group's industry-leading products, including the Riverbed Optimization System (RiOS).
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in a technical support position, preferably with a networking technology company.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAN, NAS, NFS, SCSI, RAID, device drivers, Linux and Windows file systems.
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
