Requirements
- Help customers/clients solve business problems and improve their overall performance
- Act as a strategic partner, working closely with sales and clients to understand their needs, analyze their current operations, and develop and implement customized solutions
- Manage the comprehensive lifecycle of all opportunity related activities
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on the B2B’s products and services
- Work with the sales team to deeply understand the prospect's both business and technical requirements
- Develop and propose solutions that address the client's specific needs
- Drive the development of proposals and influences RFPs, RFIs, and BIDs
- Guide and educate the sales team on the technical aspects of the product
- Act as a liaison between the client and the product management and engineering teams
- Building presentations, business models, and reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations
- Identifying new business opportunities with the client
