Job Description
GlossGenius is seeking a People and Talent Operations Lead to own projects that sit between the seams of the People & Talent function, building and improving processes, systems, and data stories to support the growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience and strong analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience
- Strong foundations as an HR generalist
- A builder's instinct and analytical sharpness
- Fluency with HRIS and BI tools
- High judgment and comfort operating in a startup
