Job Description
GlossGenius is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join its Engineering organization. The role will involve full-lifecycle recruitment process for roles across engineering pillars, sourcing complex and senior searches, and leveraging tools to track candidate progress.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-urgency environments
- Clear track record of success with hiring senior/staff+ engineering talent
- Analytical thinker who understands how to utilize pipeline metrics to inform recruiting strategies
- Customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills
