Technical Recruiter

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our global Recruiting team, focusing on hiring engineers across Trading Technology and Research & Development engineering teams. The role involves managing the end-to-end hiring process, engaging with deeply technical candidates, and building relationships with external recruitment agencies.

Requirements

• Partner directly with engineering leadership on recruitment strategy
• Manage the end-to-end hiring pipelines of engineering roles
• Apply an engineering mindset to recruitment approach
• Build relationships with external recruitment agencies
• Conduct market research and talent mapping projects
