We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to help scale our engineering organization at Horizon3.ai. This is a high-impact role where you'll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, engage, and close top technical talent.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing candidates in competitive markets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both candidates and hiring teams.
- High social aptitude and relationship-building ability — you know how to build trust quickly and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Solid technical acumen, with the ability to understand technical roles, assess candidate qualifications, and have credible conversations with engineers.
- Experience owning full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates.
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and drive processes forward in an evolving environment.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on improving recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.
- Coursework or degree in business, human resources, psychology, information technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, research, operations, customer service, information technology, administration, or other relevant roles.
