Job Description
The Depot Manager oversees all aspects of Depot Operations, including inbound and outbound operations, receipt of parcels and freight, sortation, and dispatch operations.
Requirements
- 4+ year's degree or equivalent experience as a facility/depot management in the transportation industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of local, state and federal employment laws.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, leadership and team-building skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to Advance understanding of MS Office Suite and industry systems.
- Ability to read, interpret and analyze numerical and written data.
- Prior transportation and delivery service experience required.
