Job Description
GMHILL is seeking an experienced Superintendent / SSHO to lead field operations on federal construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring safety compliance, managing subcontractors, and delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
- 10+ years in construction management, safety, or quality control on federal projects ($500K–$10M+)
- Certifications (Required or obtainable within 30 days of hire): OSHA 30, USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM), First Aid/CPR/Bloodborne Pathogens
