
Job description
The Territory Manager is responsible for selling implant products and affiliated services to hospitals within their aligned territory. This role requires a deep understanding of implant sales, the ability to build strong relationships with surgeons and hospital decision-makers, and a strategic approach to driving procedural adoption.
Act under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager/Country Director to ensure that goals within a defined sales area are achieved. Provide technical support and consultation for all Globus Medical products during surgeries/operative procedures.
Strong solution-based selling skills, clinical knowledge, and tenacity are essential to consistently exceeding sales objectives. Ability to collaborate and influence; Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
