Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in management or team coordination, in food service, with relevant training
- Mobilizing leadership, performance-oriented
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
- Clear, professional, and effective communication
- Proactive attitude, focused on continuous improvement
- Will to learn, develop, and contribute to service evolution
