Conseiller(ère) en acquisition de talents et RH (temporaire)

As a Talent Acquisition and HR Consultant, you will be responsible for completing recruitment mandates for various positions within the organization and participating in strategic HR projects aimed at improving the employer brand, candidate experience, and integration journey. Your responsibilities will include implementing creative talent attraction strategies, sourcing and recruiting candidates, and establishing relationships with internal clients. Additionally, you will develop partnerships with training centers, organize job fairs, and contribute to the global employer brand strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Communication, or any other relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, including project management and recruitment.
• Solid mastery of advanced multi-channel sourcing practices.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (corporate) and other specialized platforms.
• Familiar with ATS (SmartRecruiter) and HR data analysis tools to optimize processes.
• Knowledge of recruitment AI innovations: chatbots, automated evaluation, machine learning, etc.
• Bilingualism (French/English, advanced level) required.
• Proactivity, creativity, and autonomy in resolving HR challenges.
