They develop attraction strategies, maintain relationships with managers, and contribute to the employer brand's reputation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Communication, or any other relevant field
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a dynamic or growth-oriented environment
- Show creativity, initiative, and agility in developing and deploying recruitment strategies
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing practices and proactive recruitment approaches
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (significant advantage)
- Strong interest and excellent ability to use new technologies applied to recruitment, including artificial intelligence tools for sourcing, CV sorting, candidate analysis, and process optimization
- Experience with recruitment management systems (ATS), including SmartRecruiters, and research tools such as LinkedIn and other social media
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and indicators to improve performance and candidate experience
- Collaborative team spirit, customer service-oriented, results-driven, and internal partnerships
- Excellent relational skills, with a natural ability to establish and maintain trust relationships with managers and candidates
