Job Description
Go RH is seeking a Strategy and Human Resources Manager to support their clients in optimizing their talent management practices. The role involves analyzing needs, proposing solutions, and implementing effective HR practices for organizations. The role is key to assisting managers and employees in personnel management, organizational development, and performance management. This position involves a hybrid work model with desk presence and remote work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources or another relevant program
- 5 years or more of relevant HR experience
- Hold the CRHA or CRIA title (an asset)
- Valid car and valid driver's license
- Professional-level French speaking and written proficiency
- Professional-level English proficiency
