Requirements
- Higher education degree (Master 2 in Human Resources / Social Law)
- At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP in a sector with similar challenges (Logistics, transport, industry, retail, construction, etc.)
- Strong ability to dialogue with interlocutors of all levels and create a climate of trust with teams
