At Go1, we're on a mission to help organizations deliver learning and development in more relevant, timely, and effective ways. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the intelligence layer of our learning platform: search relevance, personalized recommendations, and agentic discovery workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Meaningful time on ML-powered or data-heavy products
- Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, content platforms, or compliance is a plus
- Ability to think in systems, not features
- Understanding of traditional ML and LLM-based approaches
- Ability to design responsibly with probabilistic systems and agentic behavior
