NawiriGroup is a leading safari travel group that connects local communities, expert partners, investors, and travellers to drive positive impact at scale within Africa's most iconic wilderness areas. We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to provide comprehensive human resources support across two entities within the Group.
Requirements
- Degree or certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a generalist HR role or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, labour legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Experience working across multiple entities or business units is advantageous.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Recruitee and Lattice is advantageous.
