Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership in high-tech hardware/software
• Track record of double-digit growth and new-market entry
• Experience selling into defense, aerospace, semiconductor, and medical device sectors
• Strong executive relationship building and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
