Job Description
The Goddard Riverside Community Center and the Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center are seeking a Case Manager to deliver effective case management services to promote optimal well-being and maintain stable housing for formerly homeless adults. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience working with homeless adults and individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, substance abuse, and/or co-occurring disorders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working with homeless adults
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness, substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders
- Prior case management experience
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
