Job Description
The Youth Worker - Summer Camp position is a seasonal role that assists with a group of co-ed children (grades K-8) in a summer camp setting. The role involves fostering a learning environment, supervising youth, and participating in all activities. The Youth Worker will work collaboratively with a team of staff and youth, and must have a high interest in working with school-age youth.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High interest in working with school age youth
- High School Diploma/GED; college preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Sense of humor and passion for youth development
- Ability to pass background check including Fingerprint Screening
