We are seeking a detail-oriented National Commercial Examiner with a strong background in title examinations and commercial transactions to join our client. The role involves evaluating title information for complex commercial transactions and guiding clients through the title insurance process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in title examination or a similar role, specifically within commercial transactions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of title insurance procedures, underwriting standards, surveys and relevant laws.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in title software and search technology.
