Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in title examination or a similar role, specifically within commercial transactions
- Comprehensive knowledge of title insurance procedures, underwriting standards, surveys and relevant laws
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Proficiency in title software and search technology
