Product and Commercial Legal Intern role at Golden Hippo, supporting Regulatory Attorney in ensuring compliance with marketing and regulatory standards, conducting legal research, drafting legal memoranda, and analyzing complex regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

• Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law pertaining to advertising and FDA/FTC regulatory compliance.
• Support the Regulatory Attorney in reviewing marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional campaigns for compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and training programs to promote awareness and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting the company's operations, and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
• Draft legal memoranda, reports, and correspondence to provide insights and recommendations on compliance matters.
