Join our Premier Property Management Team. The Maintenance Technician 1 is a critical member of our team who can solve a problem for our residents to keep them happy and satisfied by ensuring requests and repairs are made in a reliable, timely and safe manner.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience, handyman and knowledge in maintenance repairs
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work with others to train and pass on knowledge
• Good working knowledge of basic maintenance repairs
• Valid driver's license, vehicle, vehicle insurance and clean driving record for past 3 years
• Proficiency of the English language in reading, writing and verbal communication
