Requirements
- High School degree, GED or equivalent
- Must have vehicle, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and meet company insurability requirements
- Previous maintenance experience, handyman and knowledge in maintenance repairs
- Ability to operate common office equipment, basic computer skills and mobile devices
