Requirements

• Route patient and other inquiries to the correct CMCVAMC location and program with accuracy and calm professionalism
• Handle emergency calls and support distraught or emotionally distressed callers with steady composure, empathy, and clear communication
• Monitor emergency calls for patients while maintaining grace under pressure and strict adherence to safety protocols
