Requirements
- Training as a cleaner or further education as a site manager or comparable qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in building cleaning, quality assurance or facility management as regional manager/area manager
- Very good German knowledge in word & writing
- High identification as a service provider
- Structured and cost-conscious working method
- High level of organizational talent and mobility
- Car driving license (class B)
- Friendly appearance, assertiveness, reliability and willingness to commit
- Secure handling of MS Office
