Job Description
We are looking for a district leader: Gebäudereinigung (m/w/d) in full-time for several objects in Lower Saxony (focus on Hanover) with overtime pay, own vehicle, and attractive benefits.
Requirements
- Operational responsibility for the own regional area
- Appointment, induction, staff motivation
- Revision of processes and implementation of quality standards
- Development and implementation of measures to improve cleaning quality
- Intensive customer contact and acquisition of new customers
- Creating offers & special assignments
- Quality control
- Supervising several location managers
- Training as a building cleaner or further training as a location manager or comparable qualifications (desired)
- Several years of professional experience in building cleaning, quality assurance or facility management as district leader or department head (desired)
