Customer Learning Consultant

Gong is looking for a Customer Learning Consultant to join their team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of high-impact SaaS experience and a track record of delivering consultative training within the SaaS space. The role requires managing a portfolio of multiple large Enterprise accounts concurrently and possessing deep domain knowledge in Sales/Revenue Intelligence.

Requirements

• 3+ Years High-Impact SaaS Experience
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of multiple large Enterprise accounts concurrently
• Deep domain knowledge (Sales/Revenue Intelligence)
• Energetic, compelling, and possess the executive presence required to engage audiences ranging from end-users to C-Suite leadership
• Skilled at navigating resistance and influencing senior stakeholders to adopt new behaviors and methodologies
• Growth mindset
• Ability to manage energy across time zones
• Willing and able to travel up to 50%
