Gong is looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager to own the narrative, strategy, and GTM for the agentic execution layer of their platform. This is a category-defining role for a technical buyer audience, requiring 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience, and a working knowledge of agentic workflow concepts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience
- 4+ years owning the full PMM lifecycle for an AI platform, agentic infrastructure, or complex workflow product
- Working knowledge of agentic workflow concepts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Bias toward evidence and action
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and at pace
- Experience marketing to RevOps, Sales Operations, or Revenue Leadership personas
- Prior experience working on a product that was actively defining or expanding a market category
- Experience with analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester)
