Product Design Manager

Gong is seeking a Product Design Manager to lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers while driving high-quality design outcomes across one of Gong's key product areas.

Requirements

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Product Designers
• Drive the design vision and user experience for one of Gong's key product areas
• Provide clear direction, feedback, and design critique to ensure high-quality, user-centered solutions
• Guide designers through discovery, ideation, and execution
• Act as a design leader and user advocate
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers
• Help evolve and uphold UI patterns, design systems, and best practices
