Manager, Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis

Good Feet Midwest is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive financial insights across the organization. The ideal candidate is a finance-first problem solver who enjoys working with data, building new reporting, and helping leaders understand the financial drivers of their business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 6–10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or strategic finance
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience partnering with business leaders and operational teams
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, or analytical tools
• Comfort working with data using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms
