Job Description
Our community based, mission-driven hospice and palliative care organization seeks a Hospital-Based Hospice Nurse Liaison to join its expanding Intake and Admissions team.
Requirements
- Licensed by the Commonwealth of MA as a Registered Nurse
- At least two years experience preferred in community health, oncology, hospice, or palliative care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
