Requirements
- + 5+ years of experience in consultative sales/business development, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, HR Tech, or L&D
- + Hunter profile: you get energy from sales and have a sharp focus on new opportunities
- + Track record in exceeding sales targets
- + Experience with C-level stakeholders and strategic stakeholder management
- + Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- + Fluent in Dutch and English
- + Proactive, structured, and result-oriented
- + Tech-savvy; handy with data and (AI)-tooling
- + Analytically strong
- + HBO+ work and thinking level
- + You are comfortable in strategic conversations about the HR lifecycle, such as onboarding, engagement, leadership, performance, and retention.
