Contact Centre Agent

We are looking for a Contact Centre Agent to work with us to progress referencing applications and support our customers. The role is based in Sheffield with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a highly targeted and fast-moving contact centre
• Customer centric mindset
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
