We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Contact Centre team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will support customers with store and online enquiries, maximising sales opportunities and increasing our customers’ loyalty to Harrods.
Requirements
- Experience working in a contact centre or customer service environment
- Passionate about customer service with a friendly and welcoming manner
- Strong listening and communication skills, adaptable to your audience
- Proficient with computers and CRM systems, and experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
