Customer Service Advisor

Chubb is recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join the Customer Contact Centre in Blackburn. The role involves providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inbound calls, and working with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of customer service experience, strong telephone and communication skills, and a proactive approach.

Requirements

• Ideally possess at least six months customer service experience
• Have call centre experience, telephone customer service or customer facing experience
• Be a proactive individual with strong telephone and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• Be able to work in a team and communicate effectively with members of their own team and others
