Job Description
Customer Support Executive role based in Sheffield City Centre Office, with part-time hours (22.5 or 20 hours per week) and a hybrid work arrangement. Proactively work to progress referencing applications and support customers via phone, live chat, and email.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a highly targeted and fast-moving contact centre
