Job Description
Customer Support Executive - Sheffield (Hybrid) - Pro actively working to progress referencing applications, supporting customers, and meeting targets. Based in Sheffield office 3 days a week with 2 days working from home. Contact Centre experience is highly desirable.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a highly targeted and fast-moving contact centre
- Customer centric mindset
- Great attention to detail
- Previous experience in conducting credit or ID checks or working within the lettings industry
- Super organised and able to prioritise effectively
