Job Description
Goodmans LLP is looking for a Coordinator, Records & Information Management to join their team. As a key member of the Knowledge and Risk Management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Closing Books process, maintaining the marketing database InterAction, and supporting the Firm with other records and information management processes and projects.
Requirements
- A university degree or equivalency
- 1-3 years of relevant experience within a professional services environment
- Working knowledge in MS Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Adobe
- Proficiency in role-specific software, including document management systems (such as NetDocuments) and databases (such as 3E)
- Discretion, confidentiality and attention to detail are essential
- A team player who takes initiative and works well independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates excellent client service and ability to anticipate stakeholder needs
