Guest Relations Officer (m/f/d)

As a Guest Relations Officer, you will create memorable guest experiences in sunny holiday destinations. You will be the main contact person for guests during their stay, welcome them, support them with questions and requests, and help resolve issues in a friendly and professional way.

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, guest relations or customer service
• Enjoy working with people and handling different situations
• Speak English confidently
• German and/or French skills are a big advantage
• Be empathetic, reliable and solution-oriented
