Guest Relations Officer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer to create memorable guest experiences in sunny holiday destinations. As a key member of our team, you will support, guide and connect with guests throughout their stay, ensuring they feel welcome, informed and well taken care of.

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, guest relations or customer service
• Ability to work with people and handle different situations
• Confident English language skills
• German and/or French language skills (advantageous)
• Empathetic, reliable and solution-oriented
