Requirements

• Previous experience as a Pizzaiolo
• Knowledge of the full pizza process: dough, sauce, toppings and baking
• Ability to work independently and handle busy service times
• Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Communication in English
• Reliability, organization and passion for pizza
