Job Description
The Employment Specialist IPS CSP develops employer partnerships, identifies job opportunities, and assists individuals in reaching their goal of community employment. They implement strategies, manage projects, and provide counseling and guidance in career exploration, advocacy, and employment-related support services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required, and a minimum of 1 year experience
- 1000+ hours experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's license, a vehicle, and insurance coverage
