Job Description
The Human Resources Assistant will perform administrative tasks and duties to support effective and efficient operations of the human resources department.
Requirements
- Coordinate pre-employment checks
- Prepare new hire paperwork
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees
- Maintain and update employee records
- Generate reports for HR metrics and compliance purposes
- Maintain knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in organizing employee events and initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Assist with special projects and initiatives
- Support open enrollment activities
- Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
