Part-Time Career Coach position in Saginaw, MI, assisting individuals with barriers to employment in making the transition to independence and self-sufficiency.

Requirements

• Caseload of consumers who are job ready and recommended by the Mission Services counselors.
• Write daily discharge summaries for referral agency/stakeholders for each consumer.
• Collaborate with supervisors, worksite staff, and participants to ensure positive outcome in Mission Services program services.
• Teach participants tasks for jobs during assessments.
• Track progress, maintain consumer contact, and provide transitional support.
• Coach and promote personal growth for each individual to reach quality standards.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed per Mission Services procedures.

Benefits
