Requirements
- Supervises staff and provides verbal and written communications regarding work assignments and performance
- Provides customer service, addresses complaints, and resolves conflicts
- Processes customer transactions, maintains visual presentations, and ensures a clean and safe environment
- Meets or exceeds daily production goals, opens and closes store, and prepares for daily huddle meetings
- Maintains a safe, healthy, and positive environment and performs store housekeeping duties as needed
