Job Description
Our Retail Store Managers lead teams to maximize financial output, optimize talent, and deliver a rewarding guest and donor experience.
Requirements
- Comply with company's policies and SOP's
- Prioritize workload, validate execution of SOP's
- Drive production and sales to exceed financial goals
- Create and maintain a high-performing team
- Achieve budgeted revenue income and production goals
- Identify and delegate work to reach performance goals
- Adhere to Goodwill's store operational standards
- Perform all job functions within the store when needed
- Oversee maintenance and general housekeeping of the building
- Ensure all employees receive training and quality of work is spot-checked
