Job Description
The Senior Customer Service Associate is responsible for positively impacting the customer experience by training and mentoring other Customer Service Associates, and providing feedback to the store management team. The role involves leading a positive customer and brand experience, promoting sales, and maintaining sales floor standards. The Senior Customer Service Associate must be proficient in opening and closing procedures, running registers, and delivering customer service with respect and dignity.

- Proficiency in customer service, barcoding, production, and donation-utility duties
